We have a heavy-duty hurricane-proof garage door that needs a powerful support structure. Mo arrived promptly and, after a brief introduction and recap of our situation, he quickly analyzed what had happened with the combination of a broken tortion spring and my 1/2 HP Lift-Master unit partially pulled out of the ceiling. Mo demonstrated himself as extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and methodical, effective skill sets based on years of servicing and installing all manner of garage doors. In due course, he had re-secured my Lift-Master unit, replaced two improperly weak torsion springs with two big-daddy heavy duty ones, corrected a loose spring anchor bracket which had gotten troublingly loose, and replaced the worn steel rollers with premium nylon rollers which made for smooth motion even as it cut the operational decibels down dramatically. The garage door was like new again. Mo delivered an impressive exemplary service call and he is likely the role model by which other repairmen should pattern themselves. Outstanding job, Mo.
